October Snow!

Yup...about 8 inches of pure Sunday morning fun. Skiing, Sledding and Snowman's.

Mabel loving every moment. Oh yeah Snow is the best.
Hannah's first real snow steps. She only started walking in April last year so didn't get much snow walking last year. She was very into it. However most of her snow pictures this year will be with her glove in her mouth as she will eat her fair share of snow this season!

This was last Sunday morning. It was beautiful and sunny and we all went to the New Plymouth Skate Park to check out Dad's moves in the bowl.

Mabel is getting good on her bike. Just in time for the snow!

Here is a group picture with a lot of the younger faculty kids, but not all, we are still working on that picture. It's a fun group to play with.

Happy Birthday Mabel

We had a great day...Mabel made out like a bandit and loved ever second of it. Wow she is three and a beautiful happy girl. Pat and I are speechless today with what a treasure she is.

School starts

We are living on campus, school started today and we are working on getting into a grove for the new year.

"Pool Party" at our new place with all the neighbors. This was Sunday of Labor Day weekend and the humidity set in for a couple days. That's our place in the background were upstairs in the Rathbun dorm.
Labor Day weekend was good to us and we were able to get out on the boat with Kristen and Andrew and go to some island beaches on Squam. My favorite.

Mabel was off today and not feeling good. She never just lays on the floor. Sometimes you just gotta lay down right.

Ok here is my marigold that we got at a race on April 30th...wow look at all the blossoms. Oh and more wow is check out the monarch butterfly that has set up his cocoon on our kitchen window pane.

Maine, Moving and Moments.

We went to Maine about 10 days ago and visited some friends in Booth Bay....it was beautiful and so fun to get out on their boats, eat good food and spend time with them. Then when we got back it was pack it up and move it down to campus. We are now living in an apartment attached to the Rathbun dorm....it's really nice and can't for you all to visit.....we have a great guest bed!

Mabel loves boats but she really loves trains and we were lucky enough to go on a train ride in Maine.....she sat there loving every minute.

Back home. I asked them to show me their teeth and they did.
Here Hannah is making her sister work for her.

Sometime they get quiet and I wonder what trouble they might be getting into but the other day they found a quiet corner and Mabel was reading to Hannah.
