Wild Strawberries growing right in our front yard.
Run to the strawberries.
Pick the strawberries.
Pick the right one.
Get ready and eat it.
Run Back!

The fourth in Vermont

We had a wonderful fourth of July. We spent some quality time with Gran, Opi, Marc, Sandy Kate, and Eric. It was the best to see them and watch the three girls get along so well. Can't wait till we see them all again.
Mabel and Kate hanging out and having fun. I think their favorite thing to do was to to jump on anything they were not suppose to jump on.
Swimming in the pond.
Hannah playing with the rocks.
Two Dads, Three girls, Two fishing poles, One Diving Rock, Zero girls falling in and I believe One fish caught.
Lunch at Gran and Opi's.
Londonderry Parade. Hannah is mid dance here watching one of the bands go by.

Mount Prospect and more

We hiked Mount Prospect this morning. The trailhead is about 2 miles from our house but its taken us 10 months to get out there and hike it. The girls were so good, it made our day.
Snacks at the top....and yup you guessed it M&M's were part of the deal!
A night of running around chasing each other while Mom and Dad watched in joy. Go Hannah
Go Mabel.
Pure admiration with these two.
Really Mom another picture :) Thanks Mabel for always smiling.
Good morning smoothies!

Yellow Jackets!

No not the stinging kind luckily, the kind that keeps the rain off. I grew up always having a yellow rain slicker so living in New Hampshire with two little girls I wanted to get them rain jackets so we can go out anytime rain or shine and I found yellow ones....not going to lose these girls on a rainy day. It does rain but it makes the sunny days even better.
Splashing in the puddles on our driveway.

Cruising on the fun boardwalks at the Squam Lakes Science Center.
We got to take Dad to the Science Center one day and Mabel loved showing him all the animals. We became Members last week and I imagine we'll be going once a week.
Playing at the schools swing and slide playground.
We went to Portsmouth last week and hit the New Hampshire coast. Yup that's the Atlantic.
These two have been having a kick dancing in there costumes.
Busy drawing on the doodle boards. Hannah will not be left out of anything going on.

Up to?

We've been doing well. We had a good stretch of rainy weather but then it turned and know we have been going to the beach. The town of Holderness has a great town beach. It's 85 here today so we hit the beach for lunch and a swim before coming home for a nap.
The Casey Girls!

This was our indoor playground when we had a stretch of rainy weather.
A homemade slide....Mabel's favorite.
Sharing some cookie dough of the dough hook.
I filled the pool from the sink so we could have some warm water.
A warm day at my parents pond.
Picking and blowing dandelion puffs in the backyard.
The first day we went to the beach I didn't bring bathing suits because I thought the water would be to cold....it wasn't and this is what Hannah thought of it.
This is how we finished the first day at the beach. We were the only ones there.

Between the rain drops

Yeah for them. Still trying to get a straight up smiling picture of them together.

Here is Mabel being a big help filling pots with dirt.
Hannah in a nutshell. Proud as a peacock sitting in Mabel chair.
Comfy.
The beginning of out container gardening.
Fun in the water and sand.
They were being so good I didn't want to interrupt them....this is what I found when I finally went in to see what they were up too.

Sisterly love.

Beggining of May

We had the most wonderful visit with Grandma Claire the past week. We got to show her around our little place in New Hampshire....can't wait till she comes again. Apparently I need to take more pictures. Here are two from the week.

Mabel is way into listening to music or books on tape on her CD player with Dad's big ear phones. It's so cute.
Here is Hannah dominating the slide. Up she goes up and down. Sometimes only with one leg forward and the other stuck in back but sometimes with both forward for a perfect slide....she claps for herself when she is at the bottom....also super cute:)
